In honor of Women’s History Month, Black Girls Hair Rocks (BGHR) invites you to nominate a Phenomenal Black Woman (PBW) who embodies excellence, leadership, and a positive influence within her community. This is your opportunity to shine a spotlight on the women who inspire, lead, and break barriers.

Nomination Deadline: March 22, 2024, at 11:59 PM

Submission Guidelines:

  1. Free Submissions:  We are accepting photo, video, and patron submissions at no cost. This is a splendid chance to showcase the phenomenal women in your life across a broad audience.
  2. Journal Publication: For those interested in a more formal acknowledgment, digital and print submissions for our journal publication are available for $25. This offers a permanent tribute to her achievements.
  3. Advertising Options: Celebrate her legacy or promote your business with our advertising opportunities in the journal. Full-page ads are available for $250, half-page ads for $125, and personal messages for just $50.

Event Highlights:

From March 25 through March 31, we will host a video presentation featuring the nominated Phenomenal Black Women. These presentations will be showcased on all of our social media platforms and our website, offering widespread recognition for these outstanding individuals.
