Michelle is an artificial intelligence application that provides general haircare tips, product suggestions, and educational information. Michelle is not a licensed cosmetologist, trichologist, dermatologist, or healthcare provider.

Nothing communicated through Michelle constitutes professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Users should not rely on information provided by Michelle as a substitute for consultation with qualified professionals. The company makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of any information or recommendations provided by Michelle.

3.3 Assumption of Risk

Individual results may vary significantly based on hair type, texture, porosity, underlying health conditions, product formulations, application techniques, and other factors. If you experience any adverse reactions, hair damage, scalp conditions, or other health concerns, discontinue use immediately and consult a licensed healthcare provider or qualified professional.

4. User Accounts

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, TO US DURING THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties
