Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3-9 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Please be aware that our print-on-demand partners make our products to order, which can result in varying processing times depending on product availability and customization requirements.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a shipping notification with tracking information once it ships.

Shipping Rates

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders of $50 or more within the United States.

Orders Under $50: Shipping rates for orders under $50 are calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight and dimensions and your delivery location.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We partner with third-party fulfillment services to produce and ship our products. Delivery times vary by your location and the shipping method you select at checkout. Estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout and do not include processing time.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories at this time. International shipping is not currently available.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to become active in the carrier’s system.

Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at hello@bghrs.com. Once we submit an order for fulfillment, we will make reasonable efforts to update your address, but we cannot guarantee that the change will be reflected.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once the carrier confirms delivery, Black Girls Hair Rocks assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your package’s tracking indicates delivery but you haven’t received it, reach out to your neighbors and your local post office first. Please get in touch with the shipping company directly to file a claim if you are still unable to locate your package.

If your package appears to be lost in transit (no tracking updates for an extended period), don’t hesitate to get in touch with us at hello@bghrs.com, and we will work with our fulfillment partners to investigate.

Damaged Shipments

Don’t hesitate to contact us at hello@bghrs.com within 7 days of delivery if your order arrives damaged. Include your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Order Cancellations

We have a limited window for order cancellations due to the custom nature of our products. If you need to cancel your order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible at hello@bghrs.com. Once an order has been submitted to our fulfillment partners for production, it cannot be canceled.
